Terroir

Terroir: vineyards are located in the Semigorye valley, formed by the western spurs of the Great Caucasus Range on the site between Novorossiysk and Anapa. The first plots of modern vineyards in Semigorye were laid out by the red variety Cabernet Sauvignon and the white variety Riesling of the Rhine in 2007-2008. In 2013, a young vineyard was laid on an area of ​ ​ 7.1 hectares.

Seedlings of the varieties Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling of the Rhine were purchased from the Mercier Brothers Nurseries (France). In the fall of 2014 and in the fall of 2016, an autochthonous vineyard Krasnostop Zolotovsky was laid on specially erected terraces, and in the spring of 2016 red seedlings were planted on two sites Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot from the Italian nursery "Rauschedo."
