Single National Dispatching System

The SNDS (Single National Dispatching System) project - was created as one of the making interstate programs connected with security of transportations of passengers and loads, traffic safety, decrease in terrorist and criminal threats concerning vehicles, passengers and the moved loads. The uniqueness of the project consists in its scale.

ENDS is included into Navigator group, providing a full stroke of business in the market of the navigation and telematic systems: from development of hardware-software solutions, before start-up adjustment and maintenance of a system based on the customer across all territory of the Russian Federation.

Within the ENDS project 50 representations in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation function, partners in Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan work. The company proposes high-quality services and technical solutions in control of location and a status of motor transport of clients, security of drivers and safety of the moved loads, information navigation and info - telecommunication to providing transport corridors, development of the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) for the benefit of municipal entities, megalopolises and territorial subjects of the federation.

The technical solution which is the cornerstone of work of ENDS (the navigation and telematic satellite Navigator-S system) is developed in STC of Navigator Technology (Oryol) - the Russian developer and the producer of the specialized navigation and telematic systems based on technology GPS/GLONASS.

For these years specialists of Navigator group, implemented projects in various sectors of the economy where there is a need of control and monitoring of a transport component for enterprise lifecycle. The achieved results allow to speak about a leading position of Navigator group in this segment of the market. The steady research and production relations with the state authorities defining policy of implementation of NTSS in the Russian Federation are during this time improved. Joint projects with Rosrybolovstvo, FSB of the Russian Federation, FSO of Russia, Emercom of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Communications were so implemented.

The distributed regional network of representative offices of ENDS of Russia allows to implement projects of federal scale in the minimum terms, providing regional divisions of the Customer with high-quality service on system implementation, providing full technical support and consultations on achievement of the greatest efficiency from implementation taking into account feature of functioning of the enterprise of the customer.

History

2013

"ENDS" received the certificate on authorization on work with tachographs. The company is authorized by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation as a service workshop on installation, check, maintenance and repair of the Russian and European tachographs. For implementation of activities for this direction the license of FSB of Russia is obtained.

2011

Opening of representative office of ENDS in the Republic of Dagestan – continuation of regional policy of the company on gain of presence in the North Kavkazky federal district. Services and technical solutions proposed by ENDS are potentially significant for the region.
