2021: Obtaining license of Internet casino

At the beginning of February, 2021 in Ukraine started to issue of licenses of Internet casino. The first the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries issued Speysiks LLC which possesses the Kosmolot trademark.

The owner and the founder of the company is a certain Potapov Sergey Vladimirovich. According to "NV Business", Speysiks LLC managed to obtain the license only from the fourth attempt. Earlier the regulator rejected requests without consideration because of errors in document creation three times.

In Ukraine began to grant licenses of Internet casino

According to data of the portal of monitoring of Youcontrol legal entities and physical persons, the Speysiks company is created in May, 2020. Except a core activity, the organization of gamblings and betting, the provider is also going to be engaged in development of games and game software, promotion services, PR and work in the accompanying directions.

"Спейсикс" will have to observe the rights and duties the law and license conditions among which - observance of rules of carrying out gamblings, prevention of distribution of a ludomaniya and non-admission to a game of the persons which did not reach 21-year age.

In 2020 the president of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky signed the law on a gaming. Since that moment in the country activity of casino and bookmaker offices (including on the Internet), slot machine halls and the organization of online poker is resolved.

The companies registered in Ukraine with authorized capital not less than 30 million UAH will be able to be engaged in a gaming, thus they cannot be residents or final beneficiaries of the Russian Federation.

The commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries in real time traces rates, payment of a prize, sale of counters and a flow of tax revenues. Besides, the regulator exercises control of players.^[1]
