• 3 well-known federal brands (firm and the Absolut liquid soap, care products for skin of Akvatel, the Drop liquid detergents) among which Absolut is brand No. 1 in a segment of antibacterial soap.
• Own laboratory and management of new developments. It allows to make private brands of cosmetic products by request of the retail chain stores and brands which do not have production base in Russia.
• Modern system of sales: long-term contracts with retail chain stores and wide distributor network (over 270 partners) who allow to purchase products of the Company in all territory of the Russian Federation and also in neighboring countries.
• Own logistic base, transport park over 60 units.
• The management system of the Company certified in ISO 9001 in 2008.

Since August, 2008 the Vesna company begins production of children's soap under the Kind Care trademark. It is the private brand of pharmacy chain 36.6. Cosmetics under the name of "Natura Gourmet" are produced for the same network.

The perfumery and cosmetic company "Vesna" is a part of the Businesssfera group.

History of the company

1942 creation of the company

The history of the company conducts the counting since 1942 when the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR adopted the Resolution on the organization to Kuibyshev of the Red Chemist plant. Production was formed based on the plant of the same name evacuated from Ukraine (Novobelitsk) in the years of the II World war.

In military years the plant produced chemically besieged chalk, lime, tooth-powder, cologne, laundry and toilet soap for the front and the back. According to attestations of eyewitnesses, "primogenitors" of Spring can also be considered Svoboda factory on which equipment the Company also began to work and also Nevsky Cosmetics factory which chief engineer developed production in military years.

In post-war 50th years the enterprise underwent serious modernization. At plant updated technology of production of toilet soap. It allowed to expand the range of products according to requirements of peace time.

1997

Since July 22, 1997 modern history is reckoned: OJSC Samara Perfumery Plant is transformed to JSC Kosmeticheskuyu Firmu Vesna. From this point Spring made powerful breakthrough in development, having increased production capacities and sales. It became possible thanks to production retrofitting by the best equipment of world leading manufacturers: MAZZONI, ACMA, CORNIANI, TECHNE, SIG, AUTOMA and others.

At the present stage of development the Company not only did not lose historically developed categories of products, but also started new. In the 2000th years production of creams, toothpastes, liquid detergents and own production of plastic packaging was let into Vesna companies.

The Vesna company has own Center of new developments which is responsible for search and use of new technologies and raw materials with high quality characteristics. In total for the last five years more than 200 different types of products in all categories were developed and released.

Today the company is among leaders among the Russian producers of care products for skin and goods of household chemicals.
