State Housing Inspectorate of the Vologda Oblast

The State Housing Inspectorate of the Vologda Oblast is the executive state authority of the oblast performing:

• regional state housing control (supervision);
• licensing of entrepreneurial activities for the management of apartment buildings;
• state control (supervision) over compliance by regional operators, executive state authorities of the region, local authorities with the requirements established by housing legislation, energy conservation legislation and on increasing energy efficiency of requirements for the use and safety of the housing stock, regardless of its form of ownership.
