At the beginning of August, 2020 it became known of disappearance of founders a blockchain startup of Status Network which attracted $100 million within ICO. The angered investors look for the help at representatives of judicial authority.
The Decrypt edition announces Dzherrad Houp and Karl Bennett's disappearance who are founders of Status Network. The court of New York received the letter in which all key part of the problem, from lawyers of Selendy & Gay and Roche Cyrulnik Freedman companies is stated. In the document investors let know a blockchain startup that they are concerned by the fact that organizers of ICO could "be dissolved in a World Wide Web".
The ICO project took place in 2017, for the first time investors filed a lawsuit against founders of Status Network in March, 2020. The private detective who also did not manage to contact organizers of a tokenseyl was even involved in search. It is known that the startup is registered in the city of Zug (Switzerland). Nevertheless, not clearly, the office Status Network or it only mail the address is located there.[1]
