The Stilsoft Trading company developed the Security Corridor and Tserberus complexes which allow to provide optimal conditions of lighting and to minimize hum noises at the time of recognition. These complexes work together with automated information system of the AIS "Sinerget Rozysk" which allows to integrate the data used for recognition of the person with personal, anthropometrical and other operational data that finally allows to narrow the volume of base of recognition and to obtain much more relevant data which are most corresponding to operational orientation.

According to open data, from 2014 to 2019 between FPS and Stilsoft Trading 34 government contracts for the total amount of 1.7 billion rubles are concluded. According to FPS, in 2017 the identity of prisoners and employees determined by fingerprints and a retina already almost in a third of colonies and the pre-trial detention center of Russia.

Concerning former employees of FPS criminal case because of deliveries of the biometric systems is brought, Izvestia reports in July.

At the end of June, 2020 investigation authorities brought criminal case concerning former employees of General Centre for Utility Services and Communications (GTSITOIS) of FPS upon exceeding of ex-officio full powers by them, according to the Paragraph "in" of Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation.

According to law enforcement agencies, since 2016 the FPS purchased the systems of face recognition for the check point at the same supplier of Stilsoft Trading LLC who when carrying out state procurements became the only participant of tenders.

So, in October, 2016 GTSITOIS of FPS announced a tender on purchase of sets of the biometric systems of face recognition for the check point on the protected objects of department. The cost of the contract was estimated at 80 million rubles. The customer specified in the technical project that the biometric system of recognition of the personality intends for the equipment of the check point of corrective labor colonies. With its help security guards should control a possibility of substitution of the suspects, defendants and convicts who are contained in the pre-trial detention center by their transfer from combined and investigative department for convoy. The contractor had to deliver the integrated security system, the control panel technical means of protection, a loud speaking communications system, control and access control, an operational conference circuit, security television, disturbing signaling.

In 2017 the FPS once again held the auction, the same set of the biometric systems, but already for the amount of 205.7 million rubles was as a result purchased. Representatives of the investigation believe that the technical project to the contract was written by the contractor as the purchased equipment could not be used, and its technical functions did not correspond to the Concept of development of penal correction system of the Russian Federation till 2020 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2010.
