2024: Business Center Construction
On November 25, 2024, it became known that the Stone development company completed the construction of the first stage of the Stone Mnevniki class A business center in the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain of Moscow. The volume of investments in the implementation of the project amounted to ₽8 billion, financing was carried out at the expense of the company's own funds.
According to Forbes, the new business complex, located near the Terekhovo BCL station, became the first business center in this location. The total area of the first stage of the facility is 33.5 thousand square meters. m, of which 22 thousand square meters. m are intended for office premises sold in blocks from 60 to 300 square meters. m.
Stone Deputy General Director Victoria Vasilyeva notes that the implementation of the project made it possible to create 2.7 thousand new jobs in an actively developing area of the capital, where large-scale construction of residential and sports facilities is underway.
The architectural concept of the business complex was developed by the Kleinewelt Architekten bureau. The maximum height of the building reaches 80 meters. The infrastructure of the business center includes a restaurant with a summer veranda on the embankment of the Moskva River, retail premises on the first floor, a spacious business living room on the second level and a dining room for employees.
At an altitude of 40 meters, a public terrace is equipped for recreation and outdoor work. The cost per square meter of office space starts from ₽369 thousand. When buying in installments, the minimum down payment is ₽2,4 million.
The second stage of the project involves the construction of a tower with a total area of 48.5 thousand square meters. m, of which 32 thousand square meters. m will be allocated for office premises. The location of the complex provides a convenient exit to the main highways of the city: Zvenigorodskoye and Rublevskoye highways, Yuzhnaya Rokada, TransTeleCom, Kutuzovsky and Leningradsky avenues.[1][2]
