2025: Completion
Stone is completing the construction of the Stone Towers office complex in the Belorussky business district of Moscow. Total investments in the construction of the Stone Towers office complex amounted to ₽14 billion. In April 2025, the developer began installing elevator equipment in the Tower D business center, the last stage of the premium office quarter.
In the main elevator groups of the 19-story office tower, 12 Mitsubishi passenger elevators will be installed, equipped with an intelligent passenger distribution system. To optimize traffic, elevators were selected with a movement speed of 2.5 m/s and a carrying capacity of 1600 kg. In addition, two passenger elevators leading to the parking lot and two service elevators will be installed in the business center.
Representatives of the Stone construction department said that the completion of installation and test launches of elevators are planned in the third quarter of 2025. In parallel, work on glazing and installation of the facade is being completed on the site of the business center, as well as work on rough finishing of public areas.
The total area of the business center is more than 50 thousand square meters. m. It is located within walking distance of Belorusskaya and Savelovskaya metro stations. Completion of Tower D and commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2025.
The developer completed sales of offices in the business center at the end of the first quarter of 2025. Tower D has only the last retail lot available - a room with technology under restaurant an area of 330.5 square meters. m with the possibility of organizing a summer veranda in the park.
The architect of the project was the bureau "Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners." The facades of the business center are made of glass fiber concrete in a dark green color scheme, harmoniously combined with the elements of improvement and creating a holistic appearance of the office quarter. The project provides for an increased glazing area with the possibility of natural ventilation of the premises.[1]
