The division of Sulzer Chemtech is the leading player in the field of technology of separation and mass-exchanged columns and also the systems of mixing and distribution of two-component environments.

History

2017: Expansion of production in Russia

The Zultser Hemtekh plant is the Russian division of the international industrial concern Sulzer entering into Renova Group — on September 25, 2017 announced expansion of the production in the city of Serpukhov of the Moscow region. Investments into expansion made about 400 million rubles.

The plant in Serpukhov of 25 thousand sq.m releases the mass-exchanged equipment used in the oil and gas, gas petrochemical and chemical industries. The enterprise is created within the program for localization of production capacities of Sulzer concern in Russia. Large-scale reconstruction of production was begun in the fall of 2016 with the purpose to create the uniform production site to the whole Europe.

As of September, 2017, Zultser Hemtekh is equipped state-of-the-art and releases a complete product line of the company, including the regular structured nozzle, modern dish devices, the separation equipment, internal devices of columns and static mixers. 100 employees work at the Zultser Hemtekh enterprise, and until the end of 2018 their quantity it is going to increase by a third.

The started production — result of almost ten years' work on localization of technologies "Zultser Hemtekh" in Russia. As a result the full-fledged machine-building plant which products are demanded in strategically important industries grew from the small enterprise in Serpukhov: to chemistry and oil processing — the development director of hi-tech assets of Renova group Mikhail Lifshits told. — It is important that Zultser Hemtekh works and on foreign markets is the first Swiss company exporting products manufactured in Russia to Europe.

Increase in capacities of the existing plant — an advantageous position for Sulzer and clients of concern. Optimization of logistics allows us to reduce delivery dates to the European countries to 3-4 days. Thus, all clients of the company — both in Russia, and in Europe — will receive the reliable supplier of the hi-tech products made in strict accordance with the global quality standards of Sulzer — the CEO Zultser Hemtekh Arnold Van Sinderen said.
