Biography

Mikhail Valeryevich Lifshits was born on May 4, 1963 in Moscow.

Graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, the Kaluga aviation flight and technical school.

From 2013 to 2015 was the board member in Oerlikon company.

As of September, 2017, Mikhail Lifshits is the chairman of the board of directors of ROTEK, the development director of hi-tech assets of Renova group.

For April, 2019 is the board member:

• Sulzer AG (production and service of the pumping equipment, service of gas turbines, installations for separation, mixing and filtering)
• Solid Power S.p.a. (high-temperature fuel cells and the installations based on them for generation of the electric power and heat)
• Hevel (the company in the field of solar power)

Assets

For April, 2019 co-owner of a number of assets:

• AO ROTEK (power engineering, engineering and technologies of predictive analytics for industrial equipment)
• JSC Ural Turbine Plant (the producer of the capital generating equipment, including steam turbines and the accompanying installations)

TEEMP LLC (the producer of supercondensers, proposes solutions in the storage site of energy)
