Surgut Central commercial bank

Company

The Bank of Russia revoked in February, 2015 a license for banking operations from the Surgut central commercial bank (Surgut CDB, the Tyumen region), says the regulator on Wednesday, February 11. The order of the Central Bank in bank appoints temporary administration.

The relevant decision is made because according to information for January 1, 2015 the bank did not reach the minimum volume of the equity set by the current legislation, but at the same time did not submit to the Central Bank the petition for change of the status on non-bank credit organization.

"For the last year Surgut CDB repeatedly allowed violations regarding underestimation of credit risk and formation of reserves on possible losses on loans. The management and owners of credit institution did not take measures for increase in own means of bank up to 300 million rubles established federal by the law, and the decision on change of the status of bank on the status of non-bank credit organization was not made" — it is emphasized in the message.

Surgut the CDB logs in deposit insurance. Revocation of license is considered an insured event concerning obligations of bank for deposits of the population. Surgut CDB at the end of 2015 took the 776th place on the volume of assets in the ranking Interfax-100 prepared by Interfax-CEA. According to the Bank of Russia for January 1, 2015 on the value of assets this credit and financial organization took the 826th place in a banking system of Russia.
