2024: Syktyvkar LPK bought Syktyvkar Tissyu Group
On November 1, 2024, it became known that Syktyvkar LPK acquired Syktyvkar Tissyu Group (STG OJSC), one of the largest manufacturers of sanitary and hygienic products in Russia. There is no information on the value of the transaction as of the specified date.
It is known that until December 31, 2022, the owner of STG OJSC was the Cypriot offshore Sunken Finance Limited, the beneficiary of which was called Sergey Pogorelov. A year later, the asset was transferred to Datacinc LLC, the ultimate owners of which are not disclosed. As part of the new transaction, 100% of the shares of STG OJSC were transferred to the possession of Syktyvkar LPK JSC.
According to the company itself, Syktyvkar Tissyu Group occupies about 10% of the Russian market for paper sanitary and hygienic products in the Russian Federation, and the range of finished products has over 100 items. The main areas of activity are: the production of white and color waste paper and cellulose paper-the basis of sanitary and hygienic purposes; production of professional role and sheet toilet paper, paper towels and wiping materials; production of decorative and table paper napkins.
In turn, Syktyvkar LPK produces high-quality office, offset, newsprint, container and consumer boards, dry commercial pulp. The company presents a full production cycle - from the procurement of raw materials to the shipment of finished products to the consumer. At the site there are three paper-making, cardboard-making and drying machines, wood-preparation production, a pulp mill, a thermal power plant and a complex of treatment facilities.[1]
2019: Loan approval for RUB 126.6 mln
On December 26, 2019, it became known that the expert council of the Industrial Development Fund (FRP), within the framework of the final meeting, approved the loan of Syktyvkar Tissyu Group from the Komi Republic for the digitalization of industry. The loan amount amounted to 126.6 million rubles.
The loan of FRP "Syktyvkar tissyu group" is implemented primarily for the implementation of the enterprise management system of the ERP class. Instead of foreign solutions, the developments of the Russian company 1C will be used.
At the same time, Syktyvkar Tissyu Group plans to introduce tools for automating planning and forecasting sales. All work on the integration and implementation of domestic software will be carried out by the Russian system integrator. As of December 26, 2019, it is not known with whom exactly Syktyvkar Kiss Group will conclude an agreement.
According to the company, all these changes will increase the overall margin of activities, minimize costs and increase labor productivity. The implementation and use of modern IT solutions should provide it with a five percent increase in output per employee.
According to Syktyvkar Tissyu Group, he plans to spend 159.7 million rubles on digitalization of industry, taking into account the FRP loan. The source of the remaining 33.1 million as of December 26, 2019 was not known[2]
