2025: Capital expenditures for the construction of the facility - 232.2 billion rubles

In the special economic zone "Alabuga" will build an industrial park "Synergy" for 232.2 billion rubles - we are talking about total capital investments in this project. Information about this appeared in the decree of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan, it was signed by the Prime Minister of the region Alexei Pesoshin. The document was published on September 1, 2025.

It follows from the decree that the Alabuga SEZ will receive a subsidy from the Tatarstan budget in the amount of almost 3.7 billion rubles for the construction of two buildings of the Synergy industrial park. 1.8 billion rubles will be allocated for the development of each facility. According to the documentation, the volume of capital investments in each building is 116.1 billion rubles, Kommersant clarifies.

The capacity of building No. 37 will be 466.2 thousand square meters. m, building No. 38 - 237.7 thousand square meters. meters. At the same time, the building with a lower capacity is planned to be commissioned in December 2026, with a higher capacity - in November 2027.
