2022: Service Launch

On December 21, 2022, a service began operating in Russia that optimizes the work of courier services.

Thanks to it, you can significantly increase the number of completed orders, reduce vehicle mileage and not "lose" couriers on the streets of cities. The main investor in the service was serial entrepreneur Arthur Zeleny, founder and president of the Performance Group holding.

Before investing in this startup, I tested its effectiveness on my own business. Thanks to him, the volume of courier errors in the formation of the route tripled, which increased the number of completed orders per shift. Since the beginning of the year, our services have completed 700 thousand orders, with the help of TAMS, the cost of their implementation has been reduced by 20%. I am sure that a similar result can be achieved in any company for which courier delivery is an important part of the business. Given the huge increase in the popularity of delivery as a way to receive goods and services, I see the huge potential of solutions that qualitatively improve logistics, "said Arthur Zeleny.

For companies with a courier team of 20 or more, TAMS will become a full-fledged IT system to provide logistics tasks from the formation of delivery times and courier routes, to increasing the company's turnover and the number of orders, as well as optimizing the cost of courier service.

For companies with large courier services, the service can be integrated with the company's existing CRM system. In this case, the client company receives its own professional delivery service, at a rate of 25% it is more profitable to attract third-party contractors.

If the logistics staff is small (up to 10 people), TAMS proposes to install a special mobile application for couriers and drivers. Companies have access to a subscription to the application, thanks to which each courier will be able to receive an electronic route sheet for further execution. The application is designed for smartphones running on Android.
