History
The history of JSC TESS is inseparably linked with history of the Russian power. The beginning of the ninetieth is marked by active conversions in national economy. During this period significant changes concerned a power complex. Reforming of power industry of Russia as a result of which the companies specialized on certain types of activity form began (generation, electric power transmission, repair, service and others). On the scale of profile activity the created companies exceed former monopolies of the regional level: the new companies integrate profile the enterprise of several regions, or are all-Russian.
Reform of repair and service types of activity began in 2003 and was carried out by the advancing rates in relation to reorganization of AO-energo. As a method of isolation of repair divisions until reorganization of AO-energo by Board of Directors of RAO UES of Russia the decision on organization of 100% subsidiaries AO-energo was made.
So on April 23, 2004 the general meeting of founders of JSC Tyumenenergo and JSC Central Research Institute Npkenergo made the decision on creation of JSC TESS. From the structure of JSC Tyumenenergo electrorepair divisions were selected and the Tyumenyenergosetservice Open joint stock company is created. Carrying out repair and service work on the power objects of JSC Tyumenenergo located in the territory of Yugra became priority activity of the educated company.
Since 2004 considerable work on production upgrade, implementation of modern technologies, reorganization of business processes was done. The company showed rapid growth of production and financial performance.
In 2005 branches in the west of the region in the cities of Uraj and Nyagan were created. The personnel of the enterprises began to service Uraysky' power facilities electric networks and Energokompleks.
