Territorial Fund of Compulsory Health Insurance (TFCHI) of Perm Krai

The Territorial Fund of Compulsory Health Insurance (TFCHI) of Perm Krai is created on April 29, 1993 by the decision of small Council of regional council of People's Deputies No. 665 in Prikamye.

History

The Perm edge fund of compulsory health insurance according to the federal law of 11/29/2010 No. 326-FZ "About compulsory health insurance in the Russian Federation" is renamed into Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of Perm Krai (further – TFCMI of Perm Krai).

TFCMI of Perm Krai - the non-profit organization created for implementation of state policy in the field of compulsory health insurance in the territory of Perm Krai.

TFCMI of Perm Krai solves problems:

• ensuring the stipulated by the legislation rights of citizens of the Russian Federation in the system of compulsory health insurance;
• providing guarantees of free rendering to the insured persons of medical care at a loss occurrence within the territorial program of compulsory health insurance and the basic program of compulsory health insurance;
• creation of conditions for ensuring availability and quality of the medical care provided within programs of compulsory health insurance;
• providing the state guarantees of observance of the rights of the insured persons to obligation fulfillment on compulsory health insurance within the basic program of compulsory health insurance irrespective of a financial position of the insurer.
