2021: Creation of TsBU "TMK-Sinara"

TMK and Sinara Group together created the TMK-Sinara Business Services Center. This became known on April 22, 2021.

This structure will take over part of the functions of both companies and subsidiaries in the areas of accounting, finance, personnel management, legal support and information technology.

More complex tasks requiring specialization in enterprises, variable management solutions will remain with existing companies or in management companies.

In order to preserve the best practices established in companies, more than 500 interviews with enterprise specialists were conducted at the survey stage, each process was considered in detail at the level of the executor and head of the direction. And business experts and external consultants offered for comparison the best solutions implemented in other organizations. This approach helped to create an optimal target schema for each business process. At the next stage, interaction schemes were created, the main IT solutions and platforms were identified, the development of regulatory documents and the control environment of the Central Storage Unit began.

"Large-scale work to study processes, describe information systems and evaluate labor costs was carried out for the first time in the company circuit, and I want to thank all the participants: 170 people participated in interviews that took more than 500 hours," Denis Shipitsyn notes.

The project of the center implies a division into front and back office. Front offices are located on the territory of serviced enterprises, the back office is located in the head office of the company in Yekaterinburg. Front offices will become a "single window" for enterprises, and in Yekaterinburg the work of the information processing center, operations and reporting will be deployed. The interaction between enterprises and the center will be regulated by agreements with fixing service levels.

The continuous improvement of all processes will be responsible for the management of efficiency and development of the CCU, whose functions include setting up KPI, finding further ways to automate and transform processes, monitoring the quality of services and customer satisfaction.

The most important part of the project, without which it is impossible to accelerate work and optimize costs, is the introduction of IT programs for all enterprises in the loop of two companies. The development of CBU will be provided by such tools as a systematized electronic archive, document recognition software, robotic process automation technologies - robot programs for automating routine processes, a ticket system, and software for paperless exchange of legally significant documents. Existing accounting systems and software products will be used to perform the main functions.

TsBU TMK-Sinara began work on April 1, 2021. The center serves pilot enterprises, then the integration of TMK and Sinara Group enterprises will continue in stages.

The staff of the Central Budgetary Institution was mainly replenished due to the transfer of employees of both companies through the mechanism of internal competition. This allowed specialists to consider the possibilities of their careers and realize the maximum of their skills and competencies.

Within the framework of the project, there will be a synergy of knowledge and experience of specialists from more than 50 companies, and this will unambiguously positively affect the effectiveness of those processes that are transferred to the Central Budgetary Institution. In addition, there is the possibility of a unified system approach in the training, transfer of practical skills, which is very important for the quality of the transferred functions.

The project is implemented under the control of the general directors of both companies and the expert council, consisting of heads of areas.

Creating a business services center is an important step for any large business. From accounting, only part of the accounting processes, which are typical, standard for virtually any company, are transferred to the CBU. Centralization will allow you to automate such processes in the work of an accountant, to develop a unified approach to reflecting operations. As a result, this should lead to faster processing of primary documents, save time and effort, increase control, transparency of accounting and the possibility of generating financial statements according to common accounting principles.

Since the Sinara Group consists of companies specializing in various industry areas, combining the accounting function in the Central Bank will allow the Center's employees to gain a variety of experience in accounting in various sectors of the economy.
