2021: Maintenance of over 1.5 million personal accounts

PJSC TNS Energo Rostov-on-Don has been a member of the TNS Energo Group of Companies and has been a guaranteeing supplier of electricity in the retail market of the Rostov Region since 2005. As of December 2021, the company includes 9 inter-district branches and 46 production sites, a staff of more than 1,400 specialists.

The main activity is providing electric power to consumers in the Don region, which amounts to over 1.5 million personal accounts. The company's subscribers are 1.46 million individuals and 58,000 enterprises and organizations.

2015: Renaming as "TNS energo Rostov-on-Don"

On July 2, 2015, it was announced that in accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC Energetit Rostovenergo, adopted in May 2015, from July 1, 2015 the company was called the public joint-stock company TNS energo Rostov-on-Don (abbreviated as TNS energo Rostov-on-Don). The remaining details, including OGRN, TIN, checkpoint, bank details remained the same.

Changing the name of a legal entity, bringing the name into line with the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, changing the address (location) of a permanent executive body, does not entail any changes in rights and obligations in relation to its creditors, counterparties and consumers.

2005: Allocation of Rostovenergo Energy from Rostovenergo

OJSC Energetit Rostovenergo was organized in 11.01.2005, created as a result of the reorganization of OJSC Rostovenergo in the form of allocation. At this time, Energetit Rostovenergo OJSC is one of the largest suppliers of electricity in the Rostov Region.

The authorized capital of the organization is 81 million rubles, divided into 3 billion ordinary registered non-documentary shares with a nominal value of 2 kopecks each and 925 million preferred registered non-documentary shares with a nominal value of 2 kopecks each.
