2025: Launch of a plant in the Penza region for ₽1,5 billion

In the Penza region, a plant for the production of polystyrene concrete, designed for the rapid construction of individual houses, began work. Investments in the project amounted to about ₽1,5 billion. The company was launched under the management of the TOT Plant company, which is part of the Territory of Life group. This became known on March 12, 2025.

The Governor of the Penza Region Oleg Melnichenko personally launched the launch of a line for the production of house kits from polystyrene concrete. The event took place within the framework of the visit of the head of the region to the production sites of the Territory of Life group of companies, which, according to the Unified Resource of Developers of the Russian Federation, ranks first in the region in terms of housing under construction and commissioned.

Penza region for ₽1,5 billion launched a plant for the production of polystyrene concrete for the rapid construction of houses

Polystyrene concrete is a new construction material for the Penza region, which significantly speeds up the process of erecting low-rise individual houses. This lightweight and durable material is ideal for supporting walls in low-rise construction, enclosing non-supporting structures, partitions, floors in multi-storey construction, as well as for thermal insulation of the roof.

The advantage of this material is the possibility of its use as an independent structural and wall element without the need for additional insulation. The production of ready-made house kits and well-thought-out planning solutions will significantly reduce the construction time of individual residential buildings.

Oleg Melnichenko highly appreciated the work of the developer's team, noting the importance of the emergence of large full-cycle companies in the region, engaged in both the construction and production of building materials. The head of the region thanked the labor collective for the high-quality implementation of promising and large-scale projects for the region.[1]
