2015: Purchase of division of Printronix

On November 13, 2015 the TSC Auto ID Technology company announced purchase of division of Printronix company on production of thermotransfer printers and the equipment for automatic identification and data collection (AIDC).

The TSC Auto ID Technology company signed the final agreement about acquisition of division of Printronix company on production of thermotransfer printers and the equipment of AIDC.

The main activity of this division - production of the industrial printers which are carrying out crucial tasks at the high volumes of loading. The enterprise has an extensive international network of partners and extensive base of end users of a premium class.
