History

• 1989 – Foundation of TADEM company. Production and sale of the most demanded types of industrial rubber products for cars.
• 1993-1996 – Acquisition of 98.2% of stocks of JSC Balakovorezinotekhnika. Implementation of a package of measures, directed to improvement of a production and economic situation of JSC BRT. Development of JSC BRT allowed to invest means in the direction, key for holding, – production of automotive components.
• 2001 – Acquisition of 95.5% of stocks of Volzhskrezinotekhnika Ltd and 92% of stocks of JSC Plant of A.M. Tarasov.
• 2004 – Acquisition of 88% of stocks of MZATE-2 Ltd.
• 2005 – Functions of sale of products in secondary market and purchases of materials are transferred to the trading partner of TADEM Group LLC – trade and purchasing company "Avtoform".

For the 18-year history TADEM Group became one of the leading Russian industrial holdings, with two main directions of business – production of industrial rubber products (RTI) and electrical equipment for cars.

The enterprises entering into group

• JSC Balakovorezinotekhnika (JSC BRT) – the leader of the industrial rubber industry of Russia, specializes in release of industrial rubber products, products of a vibronoise isolation and interior of salons for automotive industry.

• Products of Ltd Volzhskrezinotekhnika (VRT Ltd) are used at automobile plants, widely applied in the ore mining and mining industry, agricultural mechanical engineering.

• JSC Zavod imeni A. M. Tarasova (JSC ZIT) – leading manufacturer of Russia of starters and generators, spare parts for the automotive and autotractor industry.

• MZATE-2 Ltd releases ignition systems and other products of automobile electronics.

• JSC MAGNETO Plant is the largest center in Russia for production of devices of ignition (modular magneto) used for all types of starting and stationary small-capacity carburetor engines.

• The nomenclature of the autocomponents supplied today to secondary market by Avtoform LLC exceeds 10,000 positions.
