History

In October, 1990 in Talmensky district of 40 enterprises and organizations expressed the intention to create independent Bank on the basis of Talmensky department of Agroprombank. Passed state registration of CB Talmenka-bank LLC on November 16, 1990 at No. 826.

The purpose of creation of bank - in the organization of complex settlement and cash services and crediting of the enterprises and the organizations of the area, agricultural tenants, country and farms and also the citizens who are engaged in an individual labor activity.

Before the termination of 1994 the Bank had a satisfactory financial condition, and in January, 1995 the financial status sharply worsened because of write-off from the correspondent account of CB Talmenka-bank LLC by the Central Bank of percent on the centralized loans granted to the agrarian and industrial complex enterprises of the area in this connection the Bank appeared, in fact, on the verge of bankruptcy. The bank ceased to perform the main service functions of clients, thereby, aggravating a situation, both in the area, and in Altai Krai. 1995 the organization completed with heavy losses. 1996 for Bank was critical - the list of the main owners of Bank changed. Then, the huge work on carrying out financial improvement of bank was done - the solvency is completely recovered and also all settlings with creditors are carried out.

In 1997 the Bank changed the location - is transferred to the city of Barnaul and reoriented on service of industrial enterprises, financial institutions and associations. Since 1998 the Bank began to achieve surely of rates on expansion of services, improvement of service quality and increase in a capital base of Bank. In December, 2000 the Bank obtains the license granting the right to implementation of transactions with means in foreign currency. On the basis of the solution of the Bank of Russia of January 27, 2005 number 501, Talmenka-bank it is included in the register of participating banks of a system of compulsory deposit insurance.

As of December, 2013 CB Talmenka-bank LLC continues the development due to providing more full range of services to clients in settlement and cash services, crediting, transactions with bills of exchange and supplementary transactions. In the work the Bank is aimed at satisfaction of needs of each client, offering the most advantageous conditions and rates, implementing new perspective banking products and services.

In January, 2017 the Central Bank of the Russian Federation announced revocation of licenses of Talmenka-bank from Barnaul. As explained in the Central Bank, Talmenka-bank taking the 425th place in a banking system of Russia completely lost equity. Besides, the credit institution did not observe requirements of the legislation and regulations of the Bank of Russia in the field of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to financing of terrorism regarding reliable and timely information representation in authorized body and also an order of identification of the clients.
