Taxi service "TaksovichkoF" was established in St. Petersburg 2014. The company has its own car fleet and cooperates as an aggregator with drivers partners. In St. Petersburg, there are 8 own TaxovichkoF fleets and 60 partner fleets equipped with authorized service centers and medical offices that daily check the health of drivers and vehicles conducting maintenance before entering the line. The People & People group of companies made an order for 3 thousand Moskvich 3 crossovers to transfer them to service in the taxi services TaksovichkoF and Citymobil. The corresponding agreement was signed on May 19, 2023 by Dmitry Pronin, General Director of Moskvich Moscow Automobile Plant, and Igor Rudziy, General Director of People & People Management Company. TaxovichkoF will be released in Moscow in the third quarter of 2017. Investments in the project will amount to more than 500 million rubles.

By the end of 2017, the company's Moscow fleet should make up 2,000 of its own comfort and economy class cars, as well as 4,000 partner cars. In the future, it is planned to annually increase the TaxovichkoF fleet in Moscow by 1000 cars and attract up to 4,000 partners to interact, as well as launch a service in the Moscow region.

The Moscow service "TaxovichkoF" is expected to reach self-sufficiency in 2020. According to the company, Muscovites make about 300,000 taxi trips every day and this number is constantly growing.

TaxovichkoF plans to take one of the leading positions in the Moscow market due to the high level of service and security. Unlike other taxi services, all TaxovichkoF cars in Moscow, as well as in St. Petersburg, will provide customers with the opportunity to use three types of child restraints, wi-fi and mobile phone chargers for free.

An important advantage will be the level of training of drivers. TaxovichkoF plans to create more than 10 fleets in Moscow equipped with authorized service centers, advanced training rooms for drivers and medical rooms to check the health of drivers before entering the line to provide passengers with the necessary level of safety and service. All drivers of the company when hiring will undergo a test of driving level and knowledge of the city, as well as psychological testing.
