2024: Hit by US sanctions

On November 1, 2024, it became known that Ministry of Finance USA it included the Krasnoyarsk network of digital equipment stores Technomax in the updated sanctions list. The information was confirmed by the founder of the network Maxim Bagaev, noting that we are talking about a legal entity of the company that worked with corporate state and customers.

According to Krasnoyarsk Online, the reason for the sanctions against Technomax-Krasnoyarsk was the company's participation in the import substitution program. Since 2016, the company has entered into 565 government contracts totaling ₽480 million, supplying equipment, software and licenses. The founder of the network, Maxim Bagaev, explained that these sanctions are imposed on a legal entity, which will complicate relations with foreign suppliers - they will not be able to accept payments and send cargo. However, these difficulties will not affect the company's work, and it will continue to fulfill its obligations to customers.

Krasnoyarsk "Technomax" fell under American sanctions

Maxim Bagaev also noted that sanctions against medium-sized companies are an unprecedented measure, and Technomax employees perceive this as a temporary obstacle. The company's team decided to continue to work and develop, as well as not to let their customers down. In 2025, management plans to begin production of IT equipment in Krasnoyarsk, despite external restrictions.

According to the service "Kontur. Focus," the director and owner of the company "Technomax-Krasnoyarsk" is Dmitry Lozovoy. The network actively developed the supply of digital equipment and software.

In addition to Technomax, other companies from Krasnoyarsk, such as Radio Communications, RusHydro and Kraslesinvest, were sanctioned by the US Treasury Department. The sanctions imposed on October 30, 2024 cover more than 30 individuals and over 360 companies from Russia.[1]
