TET electronic marketplace from Fogsoft company for purchases on 223-FZ

At the beginning of 2014 in the Russian market of electronic biddings there was a new participant — the electronic marketplace TEB (" Technologies of Electronic Biddings ") developed by Fogsoft company on the iTender 223-FZ platform.

As stated in the statement of Fogsoft which came to edition CNews, the task of the TET (etptet.ru) new electronic marketplace consists in providing to the enterprises convenient, simple and, at the same time, the effective tool for implementation of purchasing activity according to federal law No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities".

According to developers, the Technologies of Electronic Biddings electronic marketplace meets all requirements of this law. In particular, thanks to integration of TET with the official website of the Russian Federation (OWRF) of zakupki.gov.ru all necessary data on purchases loaded by the user on the platform get on OOS automatically. For example, information on purchase plans of the enterprises for which processing on TET ETP the planning module allowing the organizations to create the annual plan of purchases is responsible.

According to the CEO of Technologies of Electronic Biddings company Andrey Chaliyenko, "TET ETP is a clear and stable system where there is nothing superfluous". For example, on the platform it is applied only base types of procedures for determination of the supplier: auction, request for proposals, tender and request for quotations.

The Technologies of Electronic Biddings electronic marketplace, as well as other systems on the iTender platform, has the interface, a convenient personal account, intuitive for the user, with regulated notification settings and also modern design. On the platform the technology of the electronic signature which certificates of a key users of the platform can receive in any of the certification centers accredited the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications is used.

In development plans for TET ETP — connection of add-on functional modules. So, the module of control of payments which will save the operator of the platform from the handwork connected with exposure and sending for e-mail of accounts, acts of the performed works and also with execution of accounting documents will be connected in the nearest future told in Fogsoft. As expected, automation of control of payments will increase the speed and customer service quality of the platform.

The expanded directory of suppliers with classification and settings by types of activity will become other useful tool of the platform. Creating the procedure, the organizer of biddings will be able to select categories of suppliers from the directory for sending personal invitations to participation in biddings. Such in the way, suppliers to be it will be always aware of biddings, relevant for them, and customers — to provide sufficient number of bidders and, respectively, competitive offers on necessary goods, works or services.
