History

2012: Opening of the second platform in Naberezhnye Chelny

On August 25, 2012 the second platform of the IT park, largest in Eastern Europe, in Naberezhnye Chelny (Technopark Naberezhnye Chelny), says the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation was open.

The main activity of the IT park are developments in the field of mechanical engineering.

The project investment cost made 1.38 billion rubles paritetno of federal and regional budgets.

"The average salary of employees will be 30 thousand rubles. In 2013 the aggregate annual turnover of the companies will make 1.5 billion rubles, and tax deductions in the budget - 230 million rubles", - the Minister of Communications Nikolai Nikiforov said at opening.

2015: In the IT park of Naberezhnye Chelny the Cisco Academy opens

On February 19, 2015 in the IT park of Naberezhnye Chelny the official opening ceremony of Cisco Academy will be held (the beginning — at 11-00).

The project is implemented in a format of the integrated rates in learning process of IT Academy. IT specialists and also school and university students who are interested in network and information technologies will be able to master programs of Cisco Academy.

According to the statistics, specialists in the field of information technologies remain the most demanded personnel in the Republic of Tatarstan. Considering requirements of the market, in the IT park in 2014 the project IT academy was also started. By the way, 30% of graduates of IT academy of last year were employed in the resident companies of the IT park. Cooperation of IT Academy with Cisco gives important advantage: this not just successful interaction in the field of professional education, but also exchange of experience and also perspective of further improvement of programs of preparation for the highest international standards.
