2025: Launch of production of propellers and blades for UAVs of any size

On February 25, 2025, it became known that the Russian company Technoresurs organized the production of high-quality propellers and blades for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of any size. It is argued that the launched production has no analogues in the Russian Federation .

Technoresurs, created in 2010, is a resident of the Novosibirsk Akadempark. She specializes in advanced developments in composite materials engineering. A machine park is located on a production area of ​ ​ about 1 thousand square meters and a full cycle of creating innovative products is being implemented - from the design of digital twins and prototyping to serial production.

Vitaly Losev, TASS General Director of Technoresurs, said about the development of propellers and blades for drones. According to him, the parts are made from a catalytic thermally expandable material developed by the company. This allows you to create products without additional gluing of parts to each other: thanks to this method, strength increases and weight decreases. As Losev notes, the company's goal is not just to replace imports, but to create products that exceed the characteristics of foreign counterparts at a lower cost. In the future, Technoresurs plans to begin cooperation with state-owned UAV manufacturing companies.

Other achievements of the company include the development of ultralight alpine skiing and snowboards from patented spheroplasty. In addition, Technoresurs is engaged in the production of carbon plastic prostheses of the feet, which are an analogue of foreign orthopedic products. Blanks for such products are made by vacuum infusion on composite matrices or by pressing.^[1]
