One of core competencies of Tekhnomedikal is implementation of complex projects in "turnkey" health care, from development of the concept of creation or upgrade of health facilities before equipment of medical institution the most modern equipment and implementations of a single infocommunication system.

Process of selection in structure of the Technoserv Group of the enterprises which are responsible for development of the separate directions began in 2009 when two main business verticals were created: "Technoserv Integration" and "Technoserv Consulting". "Technoserv Integration" integrated everything the departments of sales existing earlier structured by the industry principle and technical divisions. Technoserv Consulting included all consulting practicians "Technoserv" and also the companies purchased in 2008 Sputnik Labs and "Reksoft". Throughout this strategy in 2010 the Tekhnomedikal company was created.

Project implementation is provided with the staff of Tekhnomedikal – the experts in the medical equipment having certificates of such producers as: Toshiba, General Electric, Siemens Medical, Draeger, Karl Storz, Medtronic, Schiller, Andromeda, Hamilton, Ardo and so forth.
