Telebalt

"Telebalt company" is the hi-tech enterprise which capacities allow to produce more than 12 thousand units of production (LCD TVs, microwave ovens) in day during the dual shift work on nine pipelines that makes more than 2.8 million units of production a year at 5-day business week. In 2010 our plant produced about 1.8 million units of production that more, than will exceed a similar indicator by 2009 twice.

Offers services in contract manufacturing of electronics of any complexity (from simple household television receivers to high-precision measuring electronic instruments), any functional purpose (from the consumer equipment for the house to industrial equipment), in the volume, necessary for the customer (from mass production on the pipeline before manual complex assembly of difficult devices).

It is located in the city of Kaliningrad, in the territory of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) operating in the Kaliningrad region. At achievement of a certain depth of local processing it allows to have the right to import of the corresponding customs duties completing for production of electronics in the mode of the free customs zone without payment. As a result, Telebalt Company LLC provides to clients advantageous competitive conditions of contract manufacturing of electronics and home appliances in Russia, optimizing customs payments.

Since 2008 Telebalt Company completely conforms to all quality standards of ISO that is confirmed with the certificate of ISO 9001 issued by the German company TUV – the world leader in audit area and certification of conformity to the quality standards of ISO. At the plant the most modern equipment, including lines of assembly of payments with elements of surface mount allowing to make the most difficult technique meeting the requirements of today is used.

The company pays much attention to environmental issues. At the enterprise the lead-free soldering according to all environmental standards shown to the similar enterprises in the territory of EEC is applied. In 2009 Telebalt Company successfully underwent the procedure of certification on the quality standards of ISO 14000 applied concerning production processes of assembly of LCD TVs in terms of environmental safety.

Important point in work of the enterprise is social policy: the qualified medical care, free lunches for disabled people, New Year's gifts for children, rewardings of the best workers, the organization of rest of employees and their families, carrying out internal holidays, sports competitions, etc.

"Telebalt company" helps the Zelenograd orphanage. On enterprise assets the dining room with the modern equipment in nursing home for aged and disabled people in the settlement of Zaostrovye is built.

History

• In 1999 the enterprise with one assembly line from which 3000 kineskopny TVs a month descended had Telebalt. The company management set for itself at once the task to be among world leaders in production of difficult home appliances. From the very beginning the company was guided by consumer interests that allowed it to provide optimal price relation and product qualities and to attract a wide range of buyers.
• In 2005 the company assembled more than 1.8 million kineskopny TVs.
• In 2006 their production will exceed 2 million pieces, i.e. in comparison with 1999 the production volume increased more than by 50 times.
• In October, 2006 there will begin work new lines of assembly of liquid crystal and plasma TVs, and then amounts of their production will reach the level of release of kineskopny models.

In Kaliningrad about 48% of the Russian TVs are produced. The largest enterprises of the region are Telebalt LLC, releasing TVs under a brand of Erisson, and the Polar holding located in the city of Chernyakhovsk of the Kaliningrad region and releasing TVs under own Polar trademark.
