2026: Marketplace Launch

In March 2026 Russia , a digital platform for telecom operators, infrastructure companies and landlords was launched in, allowing you to find free sites for the placement of base stations and telecommunications equipment. The project was presented by Telecomspot. The founder is the former head of international business cyber security Softline Mikhail Lisnevsky.

As explained in the organization, the developed solution is a single space for interaction between market participants. A key element of the system is the B2B-Marketplace, which automatically compares supply and demand. The service contains up-to-date information about the infrastructure and available sites, and is also able to integrate with the IT systems of operators. The service is available at the link.

Investments in the creation of the platform at the initial stage amounted to 20 million rubles. The company announced plans to further finance the project in the amount of about 50 million rubles. One of the operators of the Big Four, VimpelCom (Beeline brand), has already connected to the platform.

According to the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, at the end of September 2025, there were 479 thousand 4G base stations in the networks of domestic operators, which is 16% higher than in 2024. The most active increase in such objects was observed in the Stavropol and Krasnodar Territories, Tatarstan, Moscow and the Samara Region.

Vigo analysts note that in 2025, the North Caucasus Federal District became the leader in terms of growth in the number of 4G stations with an increase of 15%. It is followed by the Southern (+ 8%) and Volga (+ 6%) federal districts. As explained by Anton Prokopenko, Director of Products at Vigo, the growth in the number of base stations is ensured by reframing 3G frequencies and introducing the first batches of domestic^[1][2][3][4]
