2025: Nationalization

On November 24, 2025, the Arbitration Court Krasnodar Territory transferred to the ownership states of Temryuk Sea Transshipment Terminal LLC. The decision was made on the claim. State Offices of Public Prosecutor RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Previously, the co-owners of the named terminal were Gunduz Novruzov and Dar Frut LLC, which, in turn, belongs to Shakhlar Novruzov. The latter is considered one of the most prominent representatives of the diaspora of Azerbaijan in the Kuban. Earlier, he headed LLC "Complex for the processing of agricultural products of the Dary Kuban," which manages the wholesale market for the sale of vegetables and fruits in the suburbs of Krasnodar.

Shakhlar Novruzov was arrested in early September 2025 in a case of particularly large-scale fraud. According to the investigation, Novruzov and other persons tried to seize real estate with the help of forged documents and appropriate assets in the amount of more than 919 million rubles. To commit a crime, Novruzov, according to investigators, provided a fake marriage certificate in court. The Prosecutor General's Office, as noted by the Kommersant newspaper, considers Shakhlar Novruzov "a member of an ethnic Azerbaijani criminal group."

At the suit of the Prosecutor General's Office, companies specializing in the transshipment of fruits and vegetables in the seaports of Tuapse and Temryuk, including the Temryuk Sea Transshipment Terminal, were seized from the state. The aforementioned organization Dar Frut LLC, the co-owner of the terminal, was also nationalized. The total capitalization of the seized assets exceeds 691 million rubles. In addition, 24 objects of port infrastructure with a cadastral value of 383.6 million rubles were converted to the income of the Russian Federation. In order to prevent the disruption of the work of port structures and the withdrawal of assets, the court, at the request of the prosecutor, determined the decision to be immediately executed.^[1]
