2024: Opening of a thermal complex in Penza for 700 million rubles
In Penza, the opening of a new family thermal complex "Termoland" took place. This became known in October 2024. The project, implemented by Osnova Group of Companies, became the first regional facility of the federal network outside the Moscow Region. Investments in equipment and launch of the complex amounted to about ₽700 million.

The third floor of the complex is reserved for a fitness center with cardio- and power simulators, as well as a hall for group classes.
The outdoor area of the complex includes a large terrace with sun loungers, a 22-meter pool with thermal water, an 11-meter pool with sea water and a children's inflatable pool measuring 15×12 meters.
The Termoland federal network for October 2024 covers 17 regions of Russia, including cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Yaroslavl, Krasnoyarsk, Kazan and others. The company is actively developing using modern financial instruments.[1]
