History

2012

In 2012 the Test St.-Petersburg All-Russian Organization of Quality (AROQ) it is recognized by the winner in the field of quality management among the Russian organizations.

2010

In 2010 the Test St.-Petersburg Certification body is recognized by the All-Russian organization of quality by the leader of certified services and enters in TOP-10 the companies of Russia in the field of certification.

2007

Since October, 2007 Test St.-Petersburg SM OS gains recognition at the highest international level by successful passing of accreditation of SMK OS by the member of the International Forum on accreditation (IAF) – the Italian Association on accreditation of ACCREDIA (the former SINCERT). Since 2007 till present Test St.-Petersburg SM OS carries successfully out works on confirmation and active expansion of the areas of accreditation at the international IAF level.

2002

On October 8, 2002 according to the solution of the General Assembly of IQNet "Test St.-Petersburg" by the first of the Russian certification bodies it was admitted to IQNet Association – the International Network on certification and now successfully supports membership in IQNet.

1992: Creation of the company

The certification body of the systems of management (SM OS) Test St.-Petersburg formed in 1992 carried out the first assessment works of quality systems of the enterprises. At the beginning of the activity of SM OS was a part of "The Center of Tests and Certification — St.-Petersburg" (Test St.-Petersburg Federal State Institution) Federal state institution which performs powers of Federal Agency for Technical Regulation of Metrology (Rosstandart, before Gosstandart) in the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. Since 2003 with SM OS it was selected in independent structure in connection with adoption of the Federal law of the Russian Federation of "About Technical Regulation".
