2025: Commissioning

A rapeseed processing plant built for ₽1,12 billion is being commissioned in Achinsk. The project is being implemented by the Barnaul Food Group and the Achinsk Tex JSC on the territory of the former grain receiving plant. This was reported by the press service of the Corporation for the Development of Yenisei Siberia in November 2025.

According to the publication ngs24.ru, the enterprise was ready back in May 2024, but it was idle for a year and a half. The Achinsk administration revoked the construction permit from Tex and did not allow the plant to be put into operation due to the fact that the sanitary protection zone of the enterprise went beyond the boundaries of the site. A representative of Tex believed that permission to operate was not given due to the influence of a neighbor in the industrial zone - a private company that maintains and repairs wagons.

A new rapeseed processing plant was built in the Krasnoyarsk Territory for ₽1,12 billion

The Tax company eliminated the remarks that the administration made. The company was issued a building permit, and then in November 2025 - a commissioning permit. The plant begins pre-commissioning work to run the equipment and check the output to the declared capacity.

The company will produce rapeseed oil and cake. At the first stage, it is planned to process 200 tons of rapeseed per day, at the second stage, production capacity will grow to 1000 tons per day. The number of employees of the plant will be more than 100 people.

The company will export products to China. Part of the cake is planned to be supplied to livestock farms of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. "Food Group" "interacts with agricultural producers of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, who are ready to provide raw materials for processing at a new plant with the subsequent purchase of oil and cake.

Rapeseed and its derivatives are an export product in demand in China. Krasnoyarsk Territory occupies a leading position in Russia in terms of gross collection of rapeseed seeds. In 2024, the region collected 458.6 thousand tons of spring rape, in 2025 the collection volume increased to 581.4 thousand tons.[1]
