In the Center of nuclear medicine in the International medical cluster (MMK) to Skolkovo the new radiopharmaceuticals which are not registered in will be developed and be produced Russia, the CEO of MMK Fund Ildar Khayrullin whose words are cited on the website of the Complex of urban policy and city building reported Moscow.

According to the president of Medinvestgroup Sergey Notov, in the new center all unique technologies and opportunities for rendering the oncological help for patients will be concentrated.

To Skolkovo construction of the center of nuclear medicine starts

Partnership MMK and MIG will give to Russia the production site in the field of treatment of oncological diseases, comparable to start of the first artificial satellite. Today exactly here we create the future of modern medicine — he said.

In the center of nuclear medicine to Skolkovo will set two cyclotron and radiochemical complexes, one of which with energy on 30 MEV. On cyclotrons production of radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostics and medicines for radio nuclide therapy – treatment of oncological diseases will be arranged.

Within the center installation of two PET / KT-skanerov, two devices of radiation therapy, opening research laboratory and hot beds for radio nuclide therapy is planned.

According to forecasts of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund (compulsory health insurance), expenses on treatment and diagnosis of oncological diseases in 2020 will grow by 35% and will exceed 270 billion rubles.

The area of the center of nuclear medicine to Skolkovo will be 20 thousand sq.m. It is going to complete construction of the facility by the end of 2023. Investments do not reveal.^[1]
