The American company Threat Stack offers AI-based software used to monitor, detect and respond to cyber risks in IT infrastructures and meet security requirements. The company eliminates the need to use multiple solutions in the cloud and provides a complete understanding of workload, infrastructure monitoring, vulnerability management, and threat analysis. The company's main product is Threat Stack Cloud Security Platform (CSP). This platform provides continuous security monitoring in cloud environments where network controls are not available. CSP is an independent solution designed for both small and large businesses that use public, private, hybrid clouds.

In mid-September 2021, F5 Networks bought Threat Stack. The deal amounted to $68 million.

By September 2021, Threat Stack employs about 140 employees. As part of the deal, company CEO Brian Ahern is expected to join F5. Headquartered in a new skyscraper in downtown Seattle, F5 has a total of 6,380 employees worldwide, including more than 1,400 people in the Seattle region.[1]
