2023: TipTopPay buys Kazakhstan's CloudPayments

On November 23, 2023, it became known that the Singapore company TipTopPay entered into an agreement on the purchase of the Kazakhstan online payment service CloudPayments. The amount of the transaction as of the specified date has not been disclosed.

CloudPayments Kazakhstan is one of the largest players in the market for organizing online payments for business. The main area of ​ ​ activity is online payments for online stores and web services. In addition, the platform provides international Internet acquiring and processes 30 currencies of the world. The declared uninterrupted operation reaches 99.9%. By November 2023, more than 500 corporate clients use the service. CloudPayments allows you to embed a payment form on a website or app. Payments can also be accepted using a widget (adapted for any browsers and mobile devices) or by clicking on the link in the messenger. One-click payment is supported with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Companies have access to a personal account with detailed analytical data.

Under the terms of the deal, CloudPayments Kazakhstan was renamed TipTopPay Kazakhstan. Vladimir Dzhabarov, who has many years of experience in managing fintech companies, has been appointed its CEO. All liabilities to customers are retained. Under the new brand, the company will continue to provide Internet acquiring services and will develop payment technologies.
