The main activity is the production of synthetic rubbers, which are raw materials for tires and rubber products. The structure of the enterprise includes 6 main productions for the production of synthetic rubbers, monomers and intermediate products and 2 auxiliary productions for the provision of energy resources and equipment repair. The company also includes a commodity and raw materials workshop and an electrical automation and measurement workshop.
Since January 2001, the Siberian-Ural Oil and Gas Chemical Holding SIBUR (d.) Became the owner of the enterprise Moscow. This is a vertically integrated structure that processes hydrocarbon raw materials along a single process chain, from its primary processing to the production of goods for the end user.
The first years of the XXI century were marked by the restoration of production potential at the enterprise. Old productions were removed from conservation. Production capacity utilization was increasing. By 2003, plants managed to reach the production level of the early 1990s.
Togliattikauchuk LLC is one of the largest enterprises in the petrochemical complex of Russia. In terms of production, it ranks second among European enterprises.
Togliattikauchuk is 280 hectares of territory, 155 workshops and installations, almost a quarter of all synthetic rubber produced in Russia. About 4,600 people work here.
The main raw materials for the production of synthetic rubber are products of oil refining enterprises in the Middle Volga, Bashkiria, Tataria, as well as the Siberian region.
