Triton Electronics (LLC) company is the Russian scientific and production enterprise of a full stroke.

Scientific activity is focused on researches, development and deployment in mass medical practice of world-class advanced technologies in two directions: monitoring of vital functions of patients and efficiency of use of artificial ventilation of lungs / rendering anesteziologichesky benefit.

History

2020: Plans of start of production of IVL in the center of Yekaterinburg

On November 25, 2020 it became known that the Sverdlovsk producer of the medical equipment Triton Electronics will begin release of medical ventilators (IVL) in the center of Yekaterinburg. The production site will be located in 11-storey office complex on Bazhov Street which will be converted into needs of the company. The project investment cost does not reveal, the power of production will be 250 ventilators a month.

According to the project of adaptation of the building under production which implements Siberia LLC in the cellar of the office building packaging production and collection point for goods, on the first floor – showrooms, on the second – warehouses and office the premises will be placed. Assembly of medical products will take place on the third, fourth and fifth floors, there will place cylinders with calibration mixes, oscillographs, voltmeters, low-voltage power sources and the bench equipment and also the vibrostand for tests. On the sixth – the eighth floors will place office spaces, design office and commercial service, on the ninth or tenth floors – company management.

In total 100–150 people in change, the number of staff – 250 employees will work at the enterprise.

It is supposed that production of ventilators will begin in the second quarter 2021.

Triton Electronics deliver ventilators under the Zisline brand, the patient's monitors, pulseoxymeters and component parts for the resuscitation equipment. By data SPARK-Interfax, as the main owners of the company Igor Livshits (a share in 30.14%), Alexey Chistyakov (a share in 21.15%), Nikolay Safonov (a share in 12.16%), Alexander Drobinin and Victor Kotov act (shares in 8%). In 2019 the producer gained 853.89 million rubles, net profit was 160.3 million rubles^[1].

2017: Plans for start of the coproduction Triton/Mindray in Yekaterinburg

As it became known at the beginning of December, 2017, the Russian developer and the producer of the medical equipment Triton Electronics and the Chinese company Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co intend to start in the second quarter 2018 coproduction of the medical equipment for anesthesiology and resuscitation under the Triton/Mindray brand.

Had an opportunity of start of production, joint with Mindray, Triton Electronics thanks to financing from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation within the federal target program "Development of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry of the Russian Federation until 2020 and Further Perspective".

It is going to place production in Yekaterinburg based on Triton Electronics. According to representatives of domestic manufacturer, it is supposed to turn on the measuring functional modules developed Triton Electronics in the Russian modification of the narcotic and respiratory devices WATO RUS and monitors of the patient of Beneview RUS. In particular, a series of such modules, as capnography in a direct flow, monitoring of level of a sedation and depth of anesthesia, monitoring of concentration of gas anesthetics, etc. By calculations Triton Electronics, similar modification of the equipment will allow to reduce ownership cost.

According to preliminary estimates, Triton/Mindray equipment sales volume in 2018-2020 will be not less than $10 million (589.3 million rubles).^[2]

As of 2017, production capacities of the enterprise allow to provide in full requirements of the Russian hospitals on profile products. The production cycle on all nomenclature does not exceed 60 days. Delivery date of 1 day is guaranteed by existence of not reduced warehouse stock of finished goods.
