By Trust No. 36 Ltd it is founded in 1944. For years of the existence the Trust constructed and reconstructed Leningrad Turbine Blades Plant, cardboard factory in the settlement of Antropshino, the Admiralty plant, the plants "Pigment", "Znamya Oktyabrya", "Znamya Truda", Red Chemist, the Lomonosov poultry farm, etc. Today Trust No. 36 Ltd performs construction of residential buildings from a brick. The enterprise performs functions of the builder, customer, general contractor. The company builds houses in the Vasileostrovsky, Vyborg, Moscow, Nevsky and Frunze districts of St. Petersburg. Houses are under construction on individual projects that opens great opportunities for execution of intentions of designers and desires of customers.
