2023: Appointment of New Partners

TeDo Company on July 4, 2023 announced the appointment of partners.

Vladimir Bibanov is responsible for the implementation of complex automation projects based on 1C.

Irina Kostina has strengthened TeDo's audit practice, focusing primarily on companies in the industrial sector.

Anna Modyanova is responsible for promoting the products of international tax structuring and will continue to develop the practice of working with private capital.

Artem Semenikhin, in his role, will continue to introduce artificial intelligence technologies and develop software based on Open source.

Alexander Sinyutin is responsible for the implementation of complex ERP solutions.

2022: PwC changes its name to "Trust Technologies" and continues to work in Russia despite the conflict in Ukraine

At the end of April 2022, it became known about the continuation of PwC under a new name - "Trust Technologies." Under such a legal entity, the Russian division of one of the world's largest audit companies will operate.

PwC will continue to work in Russia under the new name "Trust Technologies"

The Trust Technologies company, which replaced PwC in Russia, retains offices in, To Moscow,, St. Petersburg,, Yekaterinburg,, Kazan Novosibirsk Rostov-on-Don Krasnodar Voronezh Vladikavkaz, and, Perm Nizhny Novgorod in which 3.7 thousand specialists work.

In early March 2022, PwC announced that its Russian and Belarusian units would withdraw from the network. At the same time, the Russian representative office of PwC announced its intention to continue working, maintaining ties with an international company.

The process of "divorce" with the global network will be smooth. The PwC global network stressed that it would make every effort to support its Russian colleagues, the Russian division said in a statement.

Earlier, members of the Federation Council demanded to check the remaining members of PwC and other companies of the Big Four auditors in Russia - KPMG, Deloitte and Ernst & Young (EY). Senators fear that the data of Russian residents through auditors may get to representatives of unfriendly countries.

In a recent interview for Law.com, Konstantin Lukoyanov, senior partner of the law firm Chernyshov, Lukoyanov and Partners, said that "in fact he does not see large international law firms leaving Russia." They change signs, but continue to work with the same teams in the same offices and on the same cases, Lukoyanov believes.[1]
