2025: Completion
In Tatarstan, the industrial-industrial park "Turbine" was built with a total investment of ₽959 million. The facility will be located in the Zelenodolsky district of the republic on an area of 16 hectares and will ensure the creation of 276 workplaces. This was announced by the head of the Investment Development Agency of Tatarstan Taliya Minullina on August 12, 2025.
The official opening of the industrial park is scheduled for autumn 2025. The anchor resident of the site will be the Gas Turbine Equipment Plant, which is part of the Amkor group of companies and will begin work in October 2025. The Investment Development Agency of the Republic is considering applications from nine potential residents.
Talia Minullina noted the high interest of companies in placing production on the territory of the industrial park. According to her, the market situation demonstrates a growing need for ready-made production facilities. The Turbine project will become the seventeenth industrial facility implemented in the Zelenodolsk district of Tatarstan.
Initial plans to create an industrial park were announced by the head of the Zelenodolsky district, Marat Afanasyev, in November 2024. However, the company DMEnerji from the Amkor group announced the project of a production facility in Zelenodolsk back in June 2023. The development concept provides for the placement of a site near the Zelenodolsk Machine-Building Plant.
According to the project documentation, the total territory of the industrial park can be 22 hectares. It is planned to attract at least six residents, including the Gas Turbine Equipment Plant as an anchor enterprise, the Water Treatment Equipment Plant, NPP Prom, Tesla, Ekolista and Energogazservice. The cost of developing the infrastructure of the facility is estimated at ₽320 million.[1]
