2025: Opening of a new plant for the production of turbochargers for cars in the Moscow region

In the Moscow region, a production complex for the production of turbochargers for automobile engines has begun work. The Turbocomplekt company is located in the Serpukhov urban district and received permission to commission on August 21, 2025. The capacity of the new plant will be 7.5 thousand units of products per month.

According to the Main Directorate of State Construction Supervision of the Moscow Region, the launch of production will increase the level of localization of engine production to 83.2%. Produced turbochargers are designed for use in various vehicles of domestic production.

The products of the new enterprise will find application cars UAZ in various modifications, including the Hunter and Patriot models. Turbochargers will also be installed on trucks, GAZon Next PAZ and LiAZ buses. The scope of use covers agricultural machinery, tractors and tractors. MAZ

Construction of the production complex began in 2023. The two-story building covers an area of ​ ​ 4.5 thousand square meters. The architectural solution provides for the placement of all the necessary production units under one roof.

The structure of the plant includes a metalworking workshop for the manufacture of turbocharger components. Individual areas are designed for finishing parts, washing them and assembling finished products. The building houses warehouses and laboratory complexes for product quality control.

Turbocomplekt JSC is a specialized company engaged in the development and production of turbochargers. The company's activities cover the creation of systems and units for ground, water and air transport engines, including special-purpose equipment.^[1]
