Claims of creditors not satisfied due to insufficient property of the debtor are considered repaid. Claims of creditors not recognized by the bankruptcy trustee if the creditor has not applied to the arbitration court or such claims are found to be unreasonable by the arbitration court are also considered repaid. Bankruptcy proceedings against the debtor are considered completed from the date of making an entry on its liquidation in the unified state register of legal entities. |
On October 17, 2012, the Moscow Arbitration Court, at the request of Business Stroy Invest LLC, introduced a monitoring procedure in TMZ as part of a bankruptcy case. By that time, there were no funds in the accounts and property to satisfy the claims of creditors. The company's accounts payable exceeded 6.5 billion rubles. Earlier, the interim manager of the plant, Alexander Loginov, said that it was impossible to restore the solvency of the enterprise.
