Tver State Joint Museum (GBUK TGOM)

The collection of the Tver Museum has about 600 thousand museum objects. This includes, among other things, a fund of documentary monuments, which includes collections of Slavic-Russian and foreign manuscript books, old-printed books, domestic publications in Russian of the civil press of the 18th and first quarter of the 19th century, as well as a collection of written sources.

GBUK of the Tver Region "Tver State United Museum" subordinate to the Ministry of Culture of the Tver Region. The Tver State United Museum (TGOM) is the largest museum association in Russia, which includes 31 branches in 19 districts of the Tver region. The methodological center of the association is the Tver Museum of Local Lore.
