The company has developed its own decision logic, its own speech recognition and synthesis system . It also develops its own programming language, which allows you to create chat bots for voice calls, instant messengers, social networks, online chat rooms and e-mail without serious technical knowledge.

2021: Raising 120 million rubles from Voxys

In July 2021, it became known about the investment of 120 million rubles in Twin. The platform with voice and chat boats has attracted funds from a network of outsourcing contact centers. Voxys The latter received a 14.4 percent stake in, startup which was valued at more than 833 million rubles.

Twin intends to spend the attracted investments on expanding the staff, developing the product in Russia, including in terms of artificial intelligence, and strengthening its position abroad, as well as "strengthening the company in the Russian and international markets and improving service for each of the customers."

By July 2021, Twin has about 200 customers, including Utkonos and 2GIS. The company operates in the USA, Vietnam and is preparing to enter the markets of Asia, Europe, New Zealand.^[1]
