Tyumenyagroprombank

In December, 2014 the license is revoked from Tyumenyagroprombank in connection with non-execution of the federal laws regulating banking activity, regulations of the Bank of Russia, capital adequacy it is lower than 2%, decrease in the size of own means (capital) below the minimum value of authorized capital.

It is said in the statement of the regulator that in 2014 Tyumenyagroprombank was involved in carrying out doubtful transactions in large volumes. The bank pursued the high risk credit policy connected with placement of money in low-quality assets. As a result of execution of the requirement of supervisory authority about formation of the reserves adequate to the accepted risks, the credit institution completely lost own means (capital). Heads and owners of bank did not take effective measures on normalization of its activity and recovery of a financial position, the Bank of Russia noted.
