2021: Hacker attack via SolarWinds software
On February 23, 2021, it became known that as part of a large-scale espionage campaign aimed at US government agencies and private companies, hackers hacked the networks of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). More details here.
