Activities

Core activities of the enterprise for July, 2019 is:

• Sale of locking and sealing devices (further ZPU);
• Implementation of control and indicator seals (further KIP);
• The organization of the automated accounting, storages, applications and utilization of ZPU;
• Installation of an automated system of commercial inspection of trains and cars; (further ASKO PV).
• Implementation of modern technology of breaking-out, fixing and separation of loads in the covered cars air fixing packets "pneumocovers".

History

2019: Start together with Siltek of the plant on production of ear RFID labels in Nour-Sultan

The Siltek group and The Uniform Consolidating Center LLP announced on July 30, 2019 start of the automated plant on production of eartabs with RFID technology in the capital of Kazakhstan Mr. Nur-Sultan.

As noted, agricultural and pets in Russia based on the automated complex on production of visual and electronic RFID of eartabs under the UNI brand became identification of a livestock the next direction of strategic partnership of Siltek and EKTs LLP.

As of July, 2019 the complex is capable to provide the automated release more than 20 million eartabs annually, with marking and in any flowers. Products are registered and have certificates of the International committee on conducting records about animal (ICAR), and cooperation with HID Global company provides due quality of identification and reading in the LF range.

Eartabs are issued in two options: for cattle and also small cattle and pigs. Labels are made of strong polyurethane which does not lose the properties in the range from-55 to +80 °C, the sharp tip is made from polycarbonate. Conscious failure from a metal edge in the eartab promotes fast healing of an ear of an animal and interferes with development of an infection. The enterprise in addition releases the hypodermic chip transponders and own birkachi-applicators.

Completely automated technology of release of electronic eartabs and considerable production volumes are capable to lower significantly financial loading from the enterprises upon transition on RFID technologies. The technology allows to carry out: zootechnical accounting and fast inventory of a livestock; monitoring of health, inspection and treatment of animals; insemination registration; accounting of an expense of a forage; fixing of genetic properties at individuals at a selektsionirovaniye; maintaining statistics (weight, growth, forage, amount of milk); enciphering of individual data for the analysis, etc.

In the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan farm animals are subject to the obligatory identification allowing a message in addition to accounting, observation of each animal for the purpose of control and supervision of implementation of veterinary processings on prevention and diagnosis of diseases of animals. All animals who are given birth in Russia or imported into the country from the list determined by the law should be marked and registered until the end of 2023.
